Client Goals / Transform the front yard and, later, fully renovate the pool area to match a high-end, modern aesthetic.

Solution
/ Phase 1 – Front Yard: grading, synthetic turf + stepping-stone walkway, custom stone planter walls, tree removal, low-voltage lighting.

/ Phase 2 – Pool Deck: removed travertine, added hardscape layout with synthetic turf inlays, seating zones, steps, and modern transitions.

Outcome / Cohesive curb‑to‑pool transformation with strong visual ties between front and back, elevating property value and usability.
